Our family run hotel, located on five acres in Manchester Center, Vermont offers 9 beautiful rooms, each with their own private bath. The accommodations are as follows, (please feel free to request a specific room if you have stayed with us before. If the room is available we will gladly meet your accommodation needs. On several weekends we will allow a one night reservation however the price will be higher than a two night reservation for the one evening.

Our prices range from $70 per night off-season to $130 a night in-season for double occupancy. Each additional person is $20/person/night.

A single queen size room is normally less expensive than a room with two full size beds or a king bed.

We do allow pets in certain rooms for an additional $40 charge for the stay. This charge pays for the carpet to be cleaned upon your departure it doesn't cover the costs of washing comforters, etc...

Restaurant:

Nipper's Cafe & Steakhouse is located at the Stamford Motel - serving the freshest food at reasonable prices. Join us for lunch or dinner and breakfast Sunday.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Deposit: We require an advanced deposit equal to one night's lodging.

Cancellation & Refunds: A refund of your deposit will be made if cancellation is received 21
days prior to your scheduled arrival. If a last minute cancellation is necessary within 21
days of your arrival or if you do not call to cancel and do not arrive on the scheduled
date or leave early you will forfeit your deposit unless we are able to sell the room.
There is a $30 fee for all cancellations.

Note: for stays during July, August and October and holiday periods there is a 30-day cancellation policy.
